They can remain in place for 7 days or until the dressing is saturated. Because the dressing has no adhesive to hold it in place, it should always be paired with a secondary dressing.

Preparation
Step 1: Cleanse the wound area using an appropriate wound cleanser like Prophase or Skintegrity.
Step 2: Allow the skin surrounding the wound to dry before proceeding.
Step 3: Apply an appropriate skin prep like Skintegrity Hyrdrogel around the wound, making sure not to touch the wound.
Application
Remove the dressing from the package.
Apply the dressing to the wound, covering all areas of the wound with slight overlap to periwound skin. For deep wounds, loosely fill the wound.
