Page: Cannulas

Even short-term use of an oxygen cannula can cause soreness or irritation around the face and ears. Our nasal cannulas are made of a soft, flexible material to cause less friction and pressure on the skin.

Longer-length tubing is recommended for home delivery oxygen. Shorter-length tubing connected to a portable oxygen source is best for on-the-go users.

Check with your healthcare provider for your prescribed airflow setting when choosing the proper nasal cannula. You’ll find Medline offers a variety of nasal cannulas to fit most airflow needs. And to ensure the best oxygen delivery possible, remember to replace your nasal cannula at least once every 14 days.

Breathe easier knowing your nasal cannula tubing is crush proof. Our tubing is designed with a multi-channel interior to help maintain strong airflow.

Comparing Universal and Standard Connectors

The Universal Connector
attaches to most oxygen sources including wall mounted systems, oxygen cylinders and oxygen concentrators without additional adaptors.

The Standard Connector
attaches to most oxygen regulators but may require an additional adaptor for other oxygen sources.
